By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Deal Camel, including deal alerts, account notifications, and service updates.

Message frequency: Frequency varies based on your preferences and the offers available.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.

Consent not required: Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any products or services.
Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

6. Deals and Third-Party Offers

Deals are provided by third-party merchants. Deal Camel does not sell products or services directly. Availability, pricing, terms, and quality are determined by the merchants, and Deal Camel is not responsible for any disputes, defects, or losses arising from merchant transactions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEALS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEAL CAMEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
